Our 7-figure e-commerce supplement brand is on the lookout for a Facebook Ads Video Editor who can take a script and turn it into a high-converting sales powerhouse. Opportunity:
$2,000/month base salary with a flexible 40-hour workweek
Performance-based bonuses up to $2,000/month depending on ad success

Responsibilities:
Edit high-impact short-form video ads (UGC) and AI video Ads and medium-form VSLs featuring doctors and supplement experts promoting health & wellness products
Work closely with a Creative Strategist and a team of video editors, receiving constant feedback to improve your craft
Your videos will be tested with six-figure ad budgets—the better they perform, the more you earn
Access real-time ad performance data to make data-driven creative decisions and continuously optimize for higher conversions
Study and analyze high-performing direct-response video ads from multiple industries to enhance your editing approach
Requirements:
1+ years of experience editing direct-response video ads for Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Extreme attention to detail—you refine every frame to perfection
Growth-oriented mindset—constantly learning and pushing creative limits
Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
Experience With AI Editing and proficiency with AI tools
(Bonus) Familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics
(Bonus) At least 500GB of free SSD storage for handling large video files
