JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Part-Time Print-on-Demand (POD) Designer to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create high-converting designs and listings specifically for Etsy, with hands-on experience using Printify and Printful.

Responsibilities:
- Create original, high-quality POD designs (apparel, gifts, digital products, etc.)
- Research trending products and niches on Etsy
- Upload and manage product listings on Etsy (titles, tags, descriptions, mockups)
- Set up products through Printify and/or Printful
- Create clean, aesthetic mockups that match market standards
- Optimize listings for SEO and conversions
- Follow design and branding guidelines while maintaining originality

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Etsy product listings (REQUIRED)
- Experience using Printify and/or Printful (REQUIRED)
- Strong Canva or Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) skills
- Understanding of Etsy SEO (keywords, tags, titles)
- Ability to create 5–10 designs per day (depending on complexity)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication and reliability

Nice to Have:
- Experience with digital products (invitations, templates, bundles)
- Knowledge of current Etsy trends and viral product styles
- Experience creating bundles or themed product sets
