POSITION OVERVIEW
The Onboarding Specialist will deliver a smooth and professional experience for new property management clients and residents. This is a client-facing and resident-facing role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, project coordination experience, and a passion for exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide new property management clients through the onboarding process.
- Provide administrative support across all onboarding workflows.
- Coordinate rent-ready work and ensure timely project execution.
- Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to deliver a seamless experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and residents.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in client services, property management, or project coordination.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a service-first mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in property management or preparing properties for listing and marketing.
Experience in onboarding new clients
Background in home services or rent-ready work
Familiarity with AppFolio and LeadSimple (preferred but trainable).
