JOB OVERVIEW

Background:

We’re a fast-growing social media agency producing high-performing short-form content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.

We’re hiring a full-time AI Video Specialist to create raw AI clips and assemble them into polished short-form videos using our internal workflows.

This is an execution role. Not strategy.
You’ll be given clear briefs, proven systems, and step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for every task.

If you haven't used every tool on our stack yet, that's okay we'll teach the right person.

What You'll Do:

Video Editing:
Turn raw footage into high-retention short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Add captions, overlays, transitions, sound design, and B-roll in CapCut
Follow brand guidelines and client briefs exactly
Apply feedback quickly and accurately
Deliver a consistent daily output, on time
Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts

AI Clip Generation:
Generate AI video assets using tools like Veo3 and HeyGen
Execute SOPs precisely (prompts, settings, formats are predefined)
Quality check all outputs (accuracy, artifacts, exports) before submission
Flag issues and gaps to improve workflows
Organize and label all assets clearly for handoff

General:
Manage multiple client projects without missing deadlines
Keep files structured and easy to navigate
Communicate proactively on progress, timelines, and blockers

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
Proven experience editing short-form content - PORTFOLIO REQUIRED
Strong proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Strong proficiency in CapCut
Comfortable following SOPs (execute first, revise/polish second)
High attention to detail and quality
Able to manage multiple projects without missing deadlines
Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
Minimum 4 hours timezone overlap with the team
Coachable, fast learner, and willing to adopt new tools

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with AI video tools (Veo3, HeyGen, etc.)
Agency or content production background
Strong understanding of short-form performance (hooks, pacing, retention)
Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or any other video editing software
Access to a VPN with dedicated IP
