We're a fast-growing AI-powered lead generation company serving real estate agents across the United States. We help agents get high-quality leads without the high costs and splits of traditional platforms. We move fast, use cutting-edge AI tools daily, and are looking for someone hungry to grow with us.

The Role:
We're hiring a Junior Marketing VA to work directly with the founder on all front-facing marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in every part of our marketing — from writing emails and building funnels to running webinars and managing campaigns inside GoHighLevel.

This is NOT a "sit in a corner and make graphics" role. You'll be working side-by-side with the founder daily, learning AI tools like Claude and Claude Code, and gaining skills that will put you years ahead of other marketers.

What You'll Be Doing:
GoHighLevel (GHL) — Build and manage funnels, automations, workflows, pipelines, and campaigns inside our GHL ecosystem

Email Campaigns — Write, build, and send email campaigns to our database of real estate agents and broker-owners
Funnel Building — Create and optimize landing pages, VSL funnels, lead magnet pages, and booking pages
Webinars & Live Events — Plan, set up, promote, and help run webinars and live stream events across platforms
Warm Outreach — Send personalized emails to warm leads in our database to drive engagement and bookings
Ad Campaigns — Help create, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
AI Tools — Learn and use Claude, Claude Code, and other AI tools to accelerate your work and produce better output
Content & Copy — Assist with marketing copy, social content, and creative assets that support campaigns

Who You Are
You have 1–2+ years of experience in digital marketing (internships count)
You're fluent in English — written and spoken (this is non-negotiable)
You're comfortable with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
You have experience building funnels and landing pages
You have basic experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
You're organized, reliable, and can manage multiple projects at once
You're eager to learn — especially AI tools and new technology
You're a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
You're available to work during US business hours (or with significant overlap)

Bonus Points:
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (funnels, workflows, automations)
Experience in real estate marketing
Copywriting skills (emails, ads, landing pages)
Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, StreamYard, etc.)
Experience with Canva or basic design tools
Basic video editing or content creation skills
