JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, we’re looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our aesthetics clinic and take full ownership of our content and social media presence.

This is not just a posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to create content that actually drives enquiries, bookings, and revenue.

You will be responsible for managing our day-to-day social media, creating engaging content, and helping turn viewers into paying clients.

???? What you’ll be doing

• Planning and managing daily content across Instagram and TikTok
• Creating reels, carousels, and story content
• Editing short-form videos with strong hooks and high retention
• Designing clean, on-brand graphics (Canva or similar)
• Writing captions that encourage engagement and action
• Repurposing content across multiple platforms
• Identifying trends and adapting them to our brand
• Working with our team to highlight treatments, results, and client journeys
• Thinking commercially, every piece of content should have a purpose

???? What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience with video editing (Reels / TikTok style content)
• Understands what makes content go viral and convert
• Has a good eye for aesthetics, clean, premium, modern content
• Can design high-quality carousels and graphics
• Understands sales psychology, not just content creation
• Can take initiative and come up with ideas, not just follow instructions
• Is consistent, reliable, and organised
• Speaks and writes good English

• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or skincare
• Experience creating content that generates leads or sales
• Understanding of hooks, retention, and call-to-actions
• Basic understanding of paid ads or funnels

• Enquiries generated
• Bookings driven through content
