JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small US-based marketing agency managing email marketing, retention programs, and platform optimization for 12+ licensed retail clients across Washington DC, West Virginia, and Massachusetts. Our team is a founder and COO — we move fast. We need a reliable VA to handle day-to-day platform execution so the COO can focus on client relationships and strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (execution-focused, repetitive platform tasks):
- Upload promotional banners and update listings on Weedmaps and similar platforms
- Create and manage client accounts on listing platforms (signups, profile updates, menu management)
- Build and send weekly retention emails in MailerLite (from templates/SOPs)
- Build and send wallet pass deals through Alpine IQ or similar retention tools
- Update Asana tasks — move cards between stages, update statuses, keep boards current
- Data entry across multiple client accounts (deals, pricing, product info)
- Light research tasks (competitor lookups, platform comparisons, data pulls)

This is NOT a creative or strategy role. You will follow SOPs and execute tasks that are clearly defined. Speed, accuracy, and reliability matter more than ideas.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong written English — some client-facing communication possible as you grow
- Comfortable learning SaaS tools: MailerLite, Asana, Weedmaps, Canva, Google Sheets
- Reliable internet connection (non-negotiable)
- Available during US Eastern business hours (9am-5pm ET), minimum 4-hour daily overlap
- Self-starter who follows SOPs independently without hand-holding
- Detail-oriented — you're managing live client accounts, mistakes are visible
- Experience with email marketing platforms (MailerLite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) is a strong plus
