Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

Dentistry Support® provides essential services to dental practices, including billing, eligibility verification, and phone support. We help dental offices streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver a better patient experience. We are seeking motivated, confident sales professionals who are ready to build long-term income through a residual commission structure.

Position Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for enrolling dental practices into Dentistry Support® services through consistent outreach and follow-up. This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who are comfortable with high-volume communication and confident in closing deals. This position transitions into a fully commission-based role, offering the opportunity to build recurring monthly income.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to dental practices daily
- Perform follow-ups via phone, text, and email
- Generate and nurture leads through Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Confidently present and sell Dentistry Support® services
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
- Build relationships and manage a pipeline of prospects

Compensation Structure:
Month 1 (Training):
- $2.00/hour

Month 2 (Ramp-Up):
- $1.50/hour + commission

Month 3 and Beyond:
- 100% commission-based (no hourly pay)

Commission Plan:
- Single Service Enrollment:
$25 one-time payout
$25/month residual

- Bundle Service Enrollment:
$35 one-time payout
$37/month residual

**Residual income means you continue earning every month for every active client you enroll.
**Realistic earning potential examples to be shared during interview.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required (outbound preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Confidence in presenting and selling services
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience using social media for lead generation
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-driven role

Additional Expectations:
- High-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails) is required
- Must consistently work toward monthly enrollment goals
- Must submit a voice recording by Month 3 demonstrating sales ability
