Web Designer / Developer (TGP Brand Studio)

TGP Brand Studio is looking for a talented and reliable Web Designer / Developer to join our growing creative team. We build modern, high-converting websites and digital brand experiences for businesses across hospitality, healthcare, real estate, home services, and more.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and ready to work consistently 5 days a week with strong communication and follow-through.

### Position Overview

You will be responsible for designing, building, updating, and maintaining websites for multiple client projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands both visual design and website functionality, and who can take initiative to create polished, professional digital experiences.

### Key Responsibilities

* Design and build clean, modern, mobile-optimized websites for businesses
* Create visually appealing layouts that match each client’s brand and goals
* Understand best practices for page structure, user experience, and lead conversion
* Develop website pages in WordPress (Elementor preferred)
* Assist with website updates, edits, and ongoing maintenance across multiple sites
* Source high-quality stock images, visuals, and graphics for projects
* Use AI tools to generate website copy, layouts, and creative assets efficiently
* Help create landing pages, service pages, forms, and lead capture systems
* Troubleshoot website issues and communicate timelines clearly
* Manage project tasks and meet deadlines consistently
* Collaborate with our team on branding and marketing strategy

### Preferred Skills & Experience

* Strong experience in WordPress website design and development
* Proficiency with Elementor or similar page builders
* Strong eye for branding, layout, spacing, and overall aesthetic
* Understanding of UX/UI and what makes a business website convert
* Experience using AI tools for:

* Website copy support
* Image sourcing / generation
* Layout / wireframe ideas
* Ability to source and place quality stock images or generate visuals when needed
* Familiarity with GoHighLevel (major plus):

* Funnel / landing page setup
* CRM integrations
* forms / automations
* Basic SEO knowledge and on-page optimization best practices
* Ability to manage multiple client projects at once
* Strong communication and ability to proactively flag delays or issues
