Job Summary:
We are hiring an Amazon Marketing Expert to take full ownership of our Amazon store's growth strategy. This is not a basic ads management role — we are looking for someone who can lead listing optimization, keyword strategy, and paid advertising to deliver real, measurable revenue results. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Build campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling phases
- Manage bids, budgets, and keyword targeting to hit ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS targets
- Lead listing strategy including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content
- Define product positioning and USP, and direct designers on high-converting visuals
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-ranking opportunities and improve organic visibility
- Align PPC and SEO strategies for maximum impact
- Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, revenue) and identify growth opportunities
- Plan and execute product launch strategies for new products
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and next steps
- Coordinate with the operations team on inventory, pricing, and promotional activities
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC with measurable, results-oriented outcomes
- Deep understanding of the Amazon algorithm, ranking factors, and conversion optimization
- Experience optimizing listings including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and image direction
- Proficiency in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear strategies
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently without constant supervision
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing multiple products or brands at the same time
- Track record of scaling Amazon products to significant revenue levels
- Hands-on experience with Amazon product launches
- Knowledge of external traffic strategies such as TikTok Ads or influencer campaigns
- Experience collaborating with design and operations teams
