About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized, people?focused Virtual Assistant to support our client engagement and event operations. This role centers on calling client opt?ins, nurturing warm leads, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients participating in our webinars and virtual events. Flexible hours are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with client opt?ins to confirm interest, answer questions, and schedule next steps
Provide friendly, professional support to clients before, during, and after webinars
Assist with webinar setup, including reminders, tech checks, and attendee coordination
Manage event calendars, registration lists, and communication workflows
Track client interactions and update CRM systems
Support the event team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and phone?based customer service skills
Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, LeadsandSales) is a plus
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Tech?savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Reliable, proactive, and detail?oriented
