### **About the Role**

We are looking for a highly structured, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized individual to join our team in a hybrid role combining technical support, customer service, and executive assistance.

This role is not for someone who “tries to stay organized.” It is for someone who is naturally wired to think in systems, thrives on order, and takes pride in maintaining clean, structured workflows across tools, files, and communications.

If your default state is organized, methodical, and precise, you will excel here.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Technical Support**

* Provide timely and accurate support to customers via chat, email, and SMS
* Troubleshoot SaaS/CRM-related issues and guide users step-by-step
* Document recurring issues and solutions clearly

**Customer Service**

* Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
* Maintain fast response times and strong follow-through
* Track conversations and ensure no customer falls through the cracks

**Executive Assistance**

* Manage calendar scheduling with precision and zero oversight
* Organize tasks, priorities, and follow-ups systematically
* Handle phone calls and communications on behalf of the executive
* Maintain structured digital systems for notes, files, and projects
* Anticipate needs and proactively handle operational details

### **What This Role Actually Requires (Read Carefully)**

This role is heavily dependent on your ability to stay organized at all times.

You will:

* Be given new information, tasks, and context daily
* Receive documents, files, notes, and instructions continuously
* Be asked to make phone calls where you must accurately remember details and context provided beforehand

If you do not have a system to track, organize, and retrieve information quickly, things will fall apart.

If you do not consistently organize files into folders, subfolders, and structured systems, everything will become scattered.

If you do not actively keep track of everything you are given, you will not succeed in this role.

This is not a job where you can “wing it” or rely on memory alone. You must operate with structure.

This role requires someone who:

* Is extremely detail-oriented and does not overlook small things
* Naturally builds and maintains organized systems without being asked
* Keeps digital environments clean, structured, and easy to navigate
* Has a strong internal sense of order, consistency, and follow-through
* Does not rely on reminders to stay on top of responsibilities
* Takes ownership of tasks and ensures nothing is forgotten or dropped

You should be comfortable:

* Creating and maintaining folders, subfolders, and structured file systems
* Tagging, labeling, and categorizing information for easy retrieval
* Managing knowledge bases and documentation
* Using tools like Notion, Obsidian, or similar organizational systems

* Strong memory and ability to track multiple moving parts
* Consistent follow-through without needing supervision
* Clear, professional written communication
* Reliability and accountability in daily work
* **Experience with SaaS or CRM platforms (required)**

This role requires sustained focus, exceptional memory, and consistent attention to detail across many moving parts. If you have ADD/ADHD or similar challenges that significantly impact focus, organization, or follow-through, this role will likely not be a good fit.

On the flip side, if you naturally bring an almost obsessive level of organization to your digital life—where everything has a place, systems are second nature, and structure brings you satisfaction—you will thrive here. That level of precision is a huge advantage in this role.
