JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

We are a fast growing performance marketing agency generating leads across multiple industries. Our campaigns are already live. This role is not about launching ads. It is about diving into active accounts, finding what is underperforming, and fixing it with precision.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and Founders. Your work will be seen and acted on immediately.


Core responsibilities

>Monitor all active Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns daily during BST hours
>Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities across CPL, CPA, and conversion rate
>Diagnose performance drops and implement fixes quickly with clear reasoning
>Spot creative fatigue early and brief new testing angles backed by data
>Adjust targeting, budgets, bid strategies, and campaign structure based on evidence
>Wont need to create ads as the dashboard can create images and videos, they just need to be able to identify new hooks etc.
>If you are comfortable coming up with new angles/hooks etc.
>Able to research into competitors for new angles and coming up with creative briefs.
>Produce concise weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
>Communicate daily through Slack and manage tasks in ClickUp independently


Requirements

>3 or more years managing Meta Ads in a performance focused
environment
>Proven experience optimizing existing accounts, not just launching campaigns
>Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion mechanics
>Comfortable analyzing large scale Ads Manager accounts with significant daily spend
>Hands on experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and GoHighLevel
>Available full time during BST business hours
>Strong written communication and self managed workflow
