This is a full-time role. Not a side gig. Not a freelance arrangement. Not "I'll fit you in between my other clients."
If you are currently running campaigns for other brands and do not plan to leave, this is not the role for you.
We run 7-figure DTC brands and need someone who can buy media, create ads, and use AI to move faster than any traditional team.
What You'll Do
- Manage Meta, Google, and YouTube ad accounts. Upload creatives, maintain current best-practice account structures, launch tests, analyze performance, and report results to the marketing director.
- Develop hooks, angles, and scripts for video editors and make sure they execute
- Organize and manage tasks for video editors to pump out static, video, and UGC-style creatives
- Use AI tools daily to speed up creative production and increase output
- Kill losers, scale winners, iterate fast
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years hands-on media buying experience on Meta or Google at scale (minimum 6 figure brands)
- Deep understanding of account structure, CBO vs ABO, scaling strategies, learning phase, and budget management
- Know how to structure creative tests, read the data, and make fast decisions
- Direct response instincts. You know why most ads don't convert.
- Real AI tool experience. Not "I've tried ChatGPT."
- Speed, low ego, same-day iterations
- Understanding of funnels and post-click conversion
