JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly articulate and creative Social Media Executive to lead our brand’s digital presence. This role is a blend of creative production, strategic planning, and professional liaison.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients and the "face" of our company’s social media, requiring a high level of confidence, impeccable English, and a sharp eye for design.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Act as the primary bridge between the agency and the client, managing expectations and timelines.
- Project Oversight: Ensure all deliverables are high-quality, on brand, and delivered according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC) to see which creatives are winning.
- Client Reporting: Create and present clear, visual reports explaining the data and recommending the next phase of the creative strategy.
- Visual Design: Create professional, high-conversion static images and carousels using Canva.
- Content Strategy: Align social media content activities with ad objectives and broader marketing goals
- Video Filming: Basic video filming (must be comfortable with showing face) for our company’s marketing content.
- Other areas are required

Other Details
- This is a full-time, fully remote contract role in a Singaporean company
- You will be working with our in-house marketing team, and represent our company when dealing with clients.
- There will be a probation period of 3 months
- Payment is in SGD, via bank transfer. Paid out monthly.
- Confidentiality is very important as some of the clients we work with may have sensitive information. All client work that you work on should not be shown in your public portfolio without prior written approval.
- Accountability and transparency is important to us. We're looking for people who are able to take-charge of their work and ensure that quality work is produced. Good communication is vital.
- Based pay of $700SGD/month, with attractive bonuses
