About the Role
We are hiring for a growing women-focused eCommerce brand. To better align with our customer base, female candidates are strongly preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across email and live chat, along with occasional low-volume calls (both inbound and outbound as needed). You will also manage orders within Shopify and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, chats, and occasional calls
Manage orders, returns, and exchanges within Shopify
Use tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Tidio to efficiently resolve support tickets
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and brand experience
