We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow our social media operations with a primary focus on TikTok Live and WeChat. The role involves managing daily social media activities, engaging with users, coordinating with influencers, and supporting live stream operations. This is a dynamic position that combines social media strategy, influencer management, and operational support in a fast-paced international environment.
Must Have
-Proven experience managing TikTok accounts (business or brand level)
-Experience using WeChat for communication or social media operations
-Experience organizing or managing live streams on social platforms (TikTok or similar)
-Strong background in social media management
-Experience handling customer or user inquiries via social media platforms
-Ability to work with influencers and content creators
Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee daily social media activities across TikTok and WeChat
-Identify, recruit, and coordinate with influencers (micro, macro, and established creators)
-Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and partners
-Verify influencer credibility and account authenticity
-Plan, organize, and support live stream activities and campaigns
-Respond to user messages, inquiries, and concerns in a timely manner
-Assist with operational tasks related to social media engagement and community management
-Support the growth and visibility of the brand in the Philippine market
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities
Plus to Have
-Familiarity with automation tools for social media or workflow support
-Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
-Experience using Canva for basic content creation
-Video editing experience using CapCut or similar tools
-Experience working in international teams or remote setups
-Strong understanding of Philippine social media trends and influencer landscape
