JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing Danish multi-brand e-commerce company, and we're looking for someone to work directly alongside the founder as his right hand. You'll own workflows, solve problems, and help scale a multi-brand operation - with real responsibility from the start.
We're looking for someone who has already owned something. Not just followed instructions, but actually taken a messy process, figured out what was broken, and made it work better. The specific tools don't matter as much as the mindset - if you've done it before in any context, you can do it here.
The founder works closely with the team and will give you direct access to learn AI tools, automation, and advanced e-commerce strategy. We invest in the people who invest in us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations across multiple brands
Own workflows end-to-end - inventory, fulfillment, influencer coordination, supplier communication
Build and improve processes and automations (n8n, Make, AI tools)
Spot problems early and come back with solutions
Handle whatever needs handling - the scope evolves as the business grows, and you'll grow with it

WHO YOU ARE

Excellent English, written and spoken. Clear, confident communication is the one thing we won't compromise on.
You've owned something before. Maybe you managed operations for an e-commerce brand, ran a team's workflows, or built a system from scratch. You can point to something real and say "I did that."
A critical thinker who enjoys solving problems, not just flagging them.
Detail-oriented and precise. You take pride in getting things right.
You're energized by change. New tools, shifting priorities, and learning new things excite you rather than stress you out.
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, or automation tools is a strong plus.
