About the Role
We’re a fast-growing Danish multi-brand e-commerce company, and we’re looking for someone to work directly alongside the founder as his right hand. This is not a typical VA role where you follow scripts all day. You’ll be thrown into real problems, expected to think critically, and trusted to figure things out.

Your experience doesn’t matter. Your drive does.

We don’t care about your resume, your certifications, or how many years you’ve worked in e-commerce. We care about who you are. If you’re the kind of person who learns fast, takes ownership, and gets genuinely excited about solving problems - we’ll teach you everything else.

The founder will personally invest time in developing your skills, teaching you cutting-edge tools (including AI), and building you into a top 1% AI-powered operator. You’ll learn things most people in this industry never get access to - because you’ll be working side by side with someone who’s building it.
This role is for someone who wants to build something big together - not just collect a paycheck.

What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations across multiple brands (Shopify, Klaviyo, inventory, fulfillment)
Own workflows end-to-end - identify problems, build solutions, and improve processes without being told
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers, influencers, and suppliers
Help build and maintain automations (n8n, Make, AI tools)
Handle whatever needs handling - the scope will evolve as the business grows, and so will you
