???? Your Mission: Become the Architect of Our Growth on Meta
We are looking for a Creative Strategist passionate about video and performance on Meta Ads. Your role will not just be to “make beautiful videos,” but to design ad creatives that convert, tell a story, and deeply resonate with the psychology of our customers.
You will be the bridge between our customer avatars’ psychology (frustrations, deep desires, fears) and impactful UGC videos that drive explosive ROAS.
What you’ll do daily:
• Creative Strategy & Ideation: Analyze our market, customer avatars (Sylvie & Claire), and competitors to develop new advertising angles.
• Scripting & Copywriting: Write video scripts (UGC, testimonials, product demos) with powerful hooks (e.g., “Why your €100 creams evaporate on the surface…”) and persuasive narrative structures (AIDA, PAS frameworks).
• UGC Creator Management: Source, brief, and guide content creators (women aged 40–65) to produce authentic, natural videos (shot on smartphones in a bathroom setting) that are convincing and relatable.
• Video Editing & Optimization: Edit videos or oversee editing (dynamic pacing, engaging subtitles, relevant B-roll, clear CTAs) optimized specifically for the Meta algorithm.
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs of your creatives in Business Manager (CTR, CPA, ROAS, thumb-stop ratio) and iterate quickly. Test different hooks, video bodies, and CTAs to find winning combinations.

• A Marketer’s Eye, a Creator’s Soul: You deeply understand the difference between a “pretty” video and a video that sells. You master the principles of direct response marketing.
• Meta Ads Expertise: You know what currently works on
• Psychologist at Heart: You can put yourself in the shoes of a 58-year-old woman frustrated with wrinkles and the false promises of the cosmetic industry. You use empathy to persuade.
• Copywriting Mastery: You know how to write words that stop the scroll and trigger purchases. (Knowledge of Cialdini, Eugene Schwartz, or Russell Brunson is a huge plus.)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and comfort with project management tools.
