Marketing Specialist — Shopify & Google Ads

About Us
Branch Chandelier is a cross-border e-commerce brand specializing in chandeliers and decorative lighting for the US market. With 300+ active SKUs covering both residential and large commercial fixtures, we sell through our Shopify store and Amazon, with an average order value around $2,000.
We operate a hybrid fulfillment model with US East and West Coast warehouses plus direct shipping from China. Our team spans a China day shift for product and operations, and a Philippines night shift for US-hours customer support. We're at an exciting growth stage with strong product-market fit, ready to scale our marketing engine — that's where you come in.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can own both our Shopify storefront and our Google Ads performance. You'll be the bridge between our product catalog and our customers — making sure the store converts and the ads bring in the right buyers at the right cost.
What You'll Do
Shopify (50%)
•Manage and optimize our Shopify store (Beatnik/Symmetry theme)
•Upload, edit, and organize product listings across 300+ SKUs
•Improve product pages for conversion (copy, images, layout, structured data)
•Configure collections, navigation, filters, and on-site search
•Install, configure, and troubleshoot Shopify apps
•Monitor site performance, page speed, and mobile experience
•Run A/B tests on landing pages and checkout flow
Google Ads (50%)
•Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
•Build and maintain the Google Merchant Center product feed
•Monitor daily performance: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate
•Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and audiences
•Run remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation
•Produce weekly performance reports with clear next actions
•Coordinate with our content team on ad creative
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree required
•2+ years hands-on experience managing Shopify stores (not just using them)
•2+ years managing Google Ads accounts with monthly spend of $5K+
•Proven track record of improving ROAS or conversion rate (please share examples)
•Solid understanding of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization
•Comfortable with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
•Strong English reading and writing ability (our market is the US)
•Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work independently
Nice to Have
•Experience with cross-border e-commerce to the US market
•Background in home goods, furniture, or lighting categories
•Experience with high-AOV products ($1,000+)
•Familiarity with Shopify Liquid for theme customization
•Meta Ads or Pinterest Ads experience
•Experience with AI tools for marketing workflows
