JOB OVERVIEW

???? About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can grow XMartial through affiliates, content, and social media. This is not a passive role.
 
You’ll be responsible for making affiliates work, managing content output, and driving real growth on Instagram.

???? What You’ll Do

Affiliates (Make It Work)
1. Recruit and manage influencers, creators, and partners
2. Turn affiliates into consistent revenue drivers
3. Identify high-potential creators in the combat sports space

Social Media (Own Growth)
1. Run and grow XMartial’s Instagram
2. Post consistently and improve performance
3. Engage daily with the community (comments, DMs, reposts)

Content Execution
1. Manage editors and content creators
2. Ensure consistent output (reels, posts, campaigns)
3. Guide content based on what actually performs

Performance Tracking
1. Track affiliate and content performance
2. Double down on what works
 
???? Compensation
1. Base pay (depends on hours and proven skill level)
2. 10% commission on affiliate-driven sales (partners you onboard)
3. 15% commission on sales through XMartial’s Instagram affiliate link
 
???? What We’re Looking For
1. Background in BJJ, MMA, or combat sports
2. Experience with affiliates, influencers, or social growth
3. Strong understanding of Instagram content that performs
4. Ability to manage editors and content workflows
5. Execution-focused mindset

1. Posting without tracking results
2. Needing constant direction
3. No understanding of combat sports culture
