Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager to support ongoing client relationships and day-to-day operations.
This role serves as the main point of coordination between clients and internal tea
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships
• Understand client needs and ensure expectations are consistently met
• Conduct regular check-ins and provide updates on performance
• Handle concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner
Team Coordination & Support
• Oversee assigned tea
• Support onboarding and coordination for new projects
• Monitor performance, attendance, and deliverables
• Provide guidance and feedback to support continuous improvement
Operations & Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate records of accounts and performance tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and operational support
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on account status and feedback
• Assist with administrative processes such as renewals, documentation, and tracking
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow execution
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or client-facing experience (BPO experience preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace, CRM tools, and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Willing to learn and grow in a structured environment
• Comfortable working night shift (US hours)
