Hello,
We are an Australian technology and sustainability group looking for a full time Digital Marketing Specialist to support and grow multiple brands.
This role works across 3 businesses in sustainability, AI, and software, supporting both brand growth and lead generation.
You will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to execute and improve our digital presence across multiple channels.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
Website management
Managing and updating Webflow websites along with experience with Shopify is essential, other platforms are a bonus.
eCommerce support
Supporting Shopify updates and working alongside our Amazon partner to improve performance.
Social media and content
Creating and scheduling content across
Supporting multiple brands and leaders with posts, articles, and content.
Video and campaign support
Advising what video and content is needed to support campaigns
Working with our team to brief and guide content creation
Editing or coordinating video content for use across ads and social channels
Paid ads
Managing, creating and supporting META ads
Email
Managing and improving Klaviyo flows and creating campaigns.
SEO and analytics
Supporting Google Ads and SEO improvements, including tracking performance and insights.
Graphic design
Creating simple, clean graphics aligned to each brand.
AI tools
Using AI to improve efficiency, content creation, and workflows.
Planning and coordination
Managing a content calendar across multiple brands.
What we are looking for:
-Strong digital marketing experience across multiple channels
-Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt tone and messaging
-Experience with video content planning and campaign support
-Good design and content creation skills
-Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
-Comfortable working closely with leadership and contributing ideas
We are a small but agile business, so we need someone who can move with us, adapt quickly, and take ownership.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who gets things done. Someone who can work with internal stakeholders, guide what is needed, and drive outcomes across campaigns and channels.
