Growing ecommerce brand in the food and beverage industry. We sell physical products, a digital course, and are expanding to Amazon. We need one sharp person to take that content and make it work across every platform — polished, on-brand, and converting.
What You Will Do
Content
Repurpose TikToks natively to Instagram,
Write platform-specific captions for every post
Schedule natively — no third-party tools
Tag products in TikTok Shop on applicable posts
Source and post UGC and affiliate content with proper credit
Community
30 minutes of daily engagement across all platforms
Respond to DMs using saved reply templates
Manage comments and pin top interactions
Graphics
7 branded graphics per week in Canva
Product features, quote cards, tips, UGC highlights, promos
Consistent brand aesthetic across every visual
Systems & Tracking
Weekly and monthly performance tracking in Notion
Friday performance update to founder every week
Check bio links daily across all platforms
Monitor
Flag issues proactively — no waiting to be asked
Requirements
Portfolio of branded Canva graphics for a product brand
Proven experience managing a brand's social media — not just personal accounts
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio, and Notion
Entrepreneurial mindset — you notice problems and fix them without being told
Strong eye for brand consistency and visual quality
Available Monday through Friday, 15 to 20 hours per week
