JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Melbourne-based cabinetry and wardrobes business looking for a sharp, capable digital operator to help us improve our customer communication, marketing systems and automation.

This is a part-time remote role for someone who is strong technically, but who also has good judgment.

We do not want someone who just follows instructions literally. We want someone who can look at an email, form, workflow or page and tell whether it actually makes sense, feels polished, and would land properly with Australian customers.

What you’ll work on
This role will support a mix of digital marketing, CRM and automation work, including:
HubSpot workflow setup, cleanup and optimisation
Customer email flows and automated communications
Improving the customer journey from enquiry through to installation
Helping create clearer customer sign-off and pre-install communication
Building or refining forms, landing pages and process automations
SEO support including service page improvements, metadata, internal links and content updates
Website content updates and formatting
CRM hygiene, list management and reporting support
Using AI tools well to draft, refine and improve work faster
Reviewing digital touchpoints and flagging things that feel unclear, clunky or off-brand

You should be:
very strong in written English
highly organised and detail-oriented
comfortable with HubSpot and digital tools
able to work independently
thoughtful about wording, presentation and customer experience
someone who cares whether the final output is genuinely good, not just technically complete
You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you do need to be capable, reliable and have strong attention to detail.

Important
We are an Australian customer-facing business, so tone matters. We want someone who can help make sure our emails, workflows, forms and website updates feel clear, polished and appropriate for our market.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys making things better — not just finishing tasks.

Hours
Part-time. Flexible structure for the right person.

Pay
We are open to paying well for the right person. Please include your expected hourly or monthly rate in your application.

How to apply
Please do not send a generic application.

At the top of your application, write ALMARA.

Then include:

A short intro about you
Which digital tools you have used most
Examples of relevant work in HubSpot, email, SEO, websites or automation
One example of something you improved, not just completed
A short note on why presentation and judgment matter in customer-facing digital work

Please also answer this question:

What is the difference between something being technically correct and being done well?

We are looking for someone thoughtful, reliable and switched on who wants to do high-quality work for the long term.
