We are a Melbourne-based cabinetry and wardrobes business looking for a sharp, capable digital operator to help us improve our customer communication, marketing systems and automation.
This is a part-time remote role for someone who is strong technically, but who also has good judgment.

What you’ll work on
This role will support a mix of digital marketing, CRM and automation work, including:
HubSpot workflow setup, cleanup and optimisation
Customer
Improving the customer journey from enquiry through to installation
Helping create clearer customer sign-off and pre-install communication
Building or refining forms, landing pages and process automations
SEO support including service page improvements, metadata, internal links and content updates
Website content updates and formatting
CRM hygiene, list management and reporting support
Using AI tools well to draft, refine and improve work faster
Reviewing digital touchpoints and flagging things that feel unclear, clunky or off-brand
You should be:
very strong in written English
highly organised and detail-oriented
comfortable with HubSpot and digital tools
able to work independently
thoughtful about wording, presentation and customer experience
someone who cares whether the final output is genuinely good, not just technically complete
You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you do need to be capable, reliable and have strong attention to detail.
