JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Corporate Video Editor - Interviews, Brand & Storytelling

We are a video production agency based in Australia, working with corporate brands, marketing teams, and organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for a full-time Video Editor who specialises in corporate content — someone who understands how to craft clean, professional, story-driven videos, not just fast social edits.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants consistency, growth, and to be part of a high-quality production team.

What You’ll Be Editing-->

Interview-style corporate videos
Case studies & testimonials
Brand / company overview videos
Internal communications content

You must be able to produce work at this level (or better):

What Makes a Great Fit (Important)

This is NOT a social media editing role.

We are looking for someone who:

-Understands story structure from interviews (not just cutting clips)
-Can identify and build clear, compelling narratives
-Has a strong eye for clean, minimal, corporate-style motion graphics
-Knows how to edit with restraint, pacing, and professionalism
-Can make people look and sound credible, confident, and polished

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

4+ years professional video editing experience

Advanced in:
-Adobe Premiere Pro
-Adobe After Effects

Strong experience with:
-Interview editing & story building
-Audio cleanup and dialogue clarity
-Basic colour correction (natural, professional look)
-Excellent English (written and spoken)
-Stable internet + professional working setup (we will test this)

Please DO NOT Apply If:
Your experience is mainly TikTok / reels / ---------- -style editing
You rely heavily on flashy effects or templates
You cannot confidently edit interview-based content into a strong narrative
Your communication or internet is unreliable

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Turning raw interview footage into clear, structured stories
Selecting the best soundbites and building narrative flow
Adding clean, on-brand motion graphics (titles, lower thirds, etc.)
Ensuring final videos feel professional, polished, and on-message
Working efficiently with our team using clear briefs and feedback

Application Process (STRICT)

To be considered, you MUST complete all steps:

1. Portfolio
Send your best corporate / interview-style work only
(We will not review TikTok-style portfolios)

2. Resume
Include your experience and previous roles

3. Short Answer (2–3 sentences)
Why do you want to work with us?

Applications that do not follow these steps will be ignored.

Role Details
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 PHP/month (based on experience)
Type: Full-time contract (long-term)
Start Date: ASAP

Timezone: Australia / New Zealand friendly

Final Note

We are building a team focused on quality over quantity.

If you take pride in crafting professional, story-driven content and want to work on meaningful corporate projects — we’d love to hear from you.

*****BONUS STEP*****
Tell us (in 2–3 sentences) how you would approach editing an interview into a compelling story.
