Job Overview

We are a fast-growing Creator Network seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Project Manager & Executive Operations Partner to support business growth, product development, and daily operations.

This role goes beyond traditional project management. You will act as a right-hand partner, helping drive execution, build systems, streamline processes, and keep leadership focused and on track.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
** IMPORTANT: This position is in the United States (Central Time Zone). Work Hours 9:00am-6:00pm Central Time Zone. Option for flexible hours after establishing relationships and trust**
Key Responsibilities
Project & Product Development
Lead the development of digital products, resources, and tools for recruiters, coaches, and content creators
Create and manage project timelines, deliverables, and launch plans
Build trackers, dashboards, and systems using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn ideas into structured, scalable products
Ensure all projects are completed efficiently and aligned with business goals

Operations & Process Development
Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks
Design, implement, and optimize workflows and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Develop systems to improve team productivity, communication, and execution
Recommend and implement tools/automation to streamline business operations
Continuously improve processes as the business scales

Executive Support
Manage and optimize executive calendar, scheduling, and priorities
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
Assist with inbox management and communication when needed
Keep leadership organized, focused, and accountable to key priorities

Social Media & Content Operations
Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing social media content across platforms
Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistency across the creator network
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements

Additional Responsibilities (Recommended for Growth)
Oversee launch execution for new programs, products, and initiatives
Create onboarding systems for new recruiters, coaches, and creators
Help build internal training materials and documentation
Manage cross-functional communication between teams
Support scaling efforts and new business opportunities

Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Project Management, Operations, or similar role
- Batchelor's Degree (Business, Management, Project management)
- Experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, or content creators preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe tools
- Proven ability to create systems, trackers, and workflows from scratch
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Excellent English communication skills
- Microsoft Systems, ChatGPT, Adobe Editor and notion
