JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for a basic social media VA this is not an entry level position, this is a upper level management position. We are hiring someone who understands how to build brand awareness, execute campaigns, and drive real results — including event attendance, reservations, and engagement.

The Point Restaurant Group is a high-energy, community-driven hospitality brand known for creating experiences, not just meals. We operate multiple restaurant locations and host a wide range of events including:
Bottomless brunches | Trivia nights | Themed pop-ups
Ticketed events and interactive experiences

*Events are the engine. Marketing fills the room.

Our brand is fun, social, a little unhinged (in the best way), and built around bringing people together. From viral brunch ---------- nts to packed themed events, we focus on creating an atmosphere people want to be part of and come back to.
We are not a quiet restaurant brand. We are a social, experience-driven business, and our marketing reflects that.

About the Role
You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, and digital channels using content captured by our in-house team.

Your focus is:
Brand awareness | Consistent content | Campaign execution
Driving engagement and attendance

You should understand how to take a concept like:
“Bridgerton Pop-Up Bar” and turn it into:

scroll-stopping content | consistent visibility | targeted campaigns| real turnout

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns for events and promotions from launch to event day
Plan and schedule content across platforms
Support ticket sales, reservations, and attendance

Social Media & Content
Post daily across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Manage evergreen content and promotional content
Maintain strong brand presence and consistency
Engage with comments, DMs, and followers daily
Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach

Video Content & AI
Create and edit engaging video content for social media using professional editing software and AI tools
Develop platform-native content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Stay ahead of content trends and platform behavior
Ability to turn raw footage into engaging, platform-native content
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling

Paid Advertising & Campaigns
Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across:

Facebook
| Instagram| TikTok | LinkedIn
Design ad creatives aligned with campaign goals and brand voice
Conduct A/B testing on: creatives, copy, targeting
Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to improve ROI

Analytics & Optimization
Track and report on campaign performance
Provide insights and recommendations
Identify what is working and scale it
Stay updated on: platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, emerging trends

Website & Digital Support
Update events and pages on Squarespace
Build simple landing pages for campaigns
Ensure event information is accurate and optimized

What Success Looks Like
Events are consistently promoted and well attended
Social media is active, engaging, and growing
Campaigns are executed on time and with intention
Paid ads are optimized and improving performance
Increased brand awareness and engagement

Requirements

Technical & Tools
In-depth knowledge of:
Meta & Ads Manager
TikTok
LinkedIn is a bonus
Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
Familiarity with ManyChat or similar automation tools
Experience updating websites (Squarespace or similar platforms)
Strong use of AI tools to improve workflow, content creation, and efficiency

Work Style & Expectations
Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Self-directed and able to execute without constant oversight
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Strong communication and attention to detail
Able to move quickly while maintaining quality

Hours & Structure
Month 1 (Training)
Hourly: $5 to $7
Part-time: 25–30 hours

After 30 Days
>Move to:
$900 to $1,100 monthly
Full-time 40 hrs a week

After 90 Days
Bonuses for sold out ticketed event
