JOB OVERVIEW

We're a lingerie brand selling online across multiple markets. Our marketing team is lean, remote, and built around one principle: every ad exists for a reason. We have a clear creative system — structured around intent, audience, and measurable output. We move fast, test hard, and scale what earns it.

YOUR TEAM
You'll be the fourth person in our core marketing team:
- Media buyer — Performance & spend
- Editor — Ad production
- Social media manager — Creators & UGC
- Creative strategist — You

THE ROLE
- You're the strategic brain behind everything we put out. You turn customer insight into angles, use cases, and airtight briefs. You own the process from concept through performance read — not the execution, but the thinking that makes the execution matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build creative concepts and angles for Meta ads across TOF, MOF, and BOF
- Write sharp briefs for editors and UGC creators — use case, angle, awareness stage, content bucket, format — all of it
- Dig into Meta Ads Manager performance data and turn numbers into the next creative decision
- Know exactly which layer of a creative is underperforming — and whether to iterate or kill it
- Run ongoing customer research: reviews, competitor ads, comment sections, VOC
- Bring new ideas proactively — we don't want someone who waits to be briefed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a creative strategist for D2C e-commerce brands on Meta — this is not an entry-level role
- Deep understanding of the full funnel and how hooks, messaging, and formats shift between TOF, MOF, and BOF
- Strong grasp of Use Case × Angle thinking as the foundation for high-intent creative
- Ability to read performance data and diagnose creative failure at the layer level — not just "the ad didn't work"
- Experience briefing UGC creators and knowing what separates a good brief from a useless one
- Systems thinker — you build creative frameworks, not random ads
- Fluent English, communicates clearly, works without hand-holding

WHAT YOU GET
- This is a long-term role. We're not here for a quick fix or a freelancer — we want someone who builds with us. Beyond the work itself, you'll get access to our internal knowledge base: frameworks, training material, and creative strategy systems built -specifically for D2C at a high level. You don't just work here — you get sharper here.

SALARY
- Discussed during the interview. If you have the skills, we'll pay for them — simple as that.

ONE IMPORTANT NOTE
- We are a lingerie and intimate apparel brand. Our ads are tasteful but adult in nature. You need to be genuinely comfortable working in this space and briefing creators on this type of content. If that's a problem, this isn't the right role.

HOW TO APPLY
Before we talk, we want to see how you think. Record a short video — 1 to 2 minutes, no longer — and cover:
- Who you are and what you do
- Your background as a creative strategist
- One concept or campaign you're proud of and why it worked

Upload it to Loom, Google Drive, or any platform and include the link in your application. We personally watch every submission.
