JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an appointment setter to call new leads within 5 minutes and book them into discovery calls with our founder. There is a low quantity of leads so this is best suited as a second job (very easy to accomplish these tasks while working another remote job).
IMPORTANT: You MUST be able to make these calls within 5 minutes of being notified.

About us:
We provide AI and automation for small business (primarily HVAC companies) in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Leads come in through our ads and need to be called within 5 minutes of the lead submitting their form — so you need to be available, responsive, and ready to dial fast during business hours.

What you'll do:
* Call inbound leads within 5 minutes of being notified
* Follow a framework to qualify and book discovery calls
* Log call outcomes and notes after each call (each call will be recorded to make this process easier for you)

Compensation:
* For each call you make, you will be paid for a full hour at $3/hour (even though it only take 5-15 minutes, so it's equivalent to $12-$36/hour!)
* PLUS, $20 per booked and completed discovery call (the lead must attend the booked meeting)
* PLUS, $25 bonus if the lead closes into a paying client
* You can earn $45+ from only 5 minutes of your time!

Requirements:
* Appointment setting or sales experience required
* Must have minimal accent and be fluent in English as you will be speaking with Canadian business owners and must be clearly understood on the phone
* You won't have to use much time each day, but you need to be available Monday–Friday at least from 9am-5pm MDT (local time in Calgary, Canada)
* Comfortable making outbound phone calls for appointment setting to small business owners
* Reliable, high speed internet connection — dropped calls are not acceptable in this role
* Good quality microphone or headset so you can be heard clearly
* A computer do your work on and an iPhone (or other smartphone with similar capabilities) to receive notifications
* Reliable, responsive, and able to act fast when a lead comes in

Extra points if you have:
* Extra availability: the ideal applicant would be available between 8am-8pm in the Calgary, Canada time zone, as well as weekends if you’d like to earn more money!
* Formal education in a related field such as business, communications, marketing, etc

You will likely only have to work for 5-45 minutes per day, but get paid for 1-3 hours! (PLUS commission and bonuses!)

This is an early-stage role with room to grow as we scale ad spend. We would love to have our VA grow with our company into a full-time role.
