JOB OVERVIEW

**INTRODUCTION VIDEO OR VOCAL RECORDING REQUIRED**

Compensation Structure: 60,000 PHP base per month + Commissions Up to 700,000 PHP per deal

This is a small, founder-led marketing agency currently run by just one person, now looking to bring on a Full-Cycle Sales Representative as the second core tea ---------- mber. This role will take ownership of the sales function, including outreach, closing deals, and building a consistent pipeline of new business. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping and scaling the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, chat, and phone to generate appointments with warm and cold leads
• Close deals on company presentations via Google meet to prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through our pipeline
• Help manage contracts, proposals, and basic client onboarding tasks as needed
• Occasionally sit in on marketing calls to observe or assist when necessary
• Collaborate with the founder to improve outreach strategies and client communications
• Maintain organized, accurate records in Google Sheets and CRM systems

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting is required
• Ability to work full-time and remain consistent and self-managed throughout the workday
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to talk to prospects confidently and professionally
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or accounts
• Willing to adapt, take initiative, and grow within a startup environment
• Available to start immediately, our business hours are 9am to 5pm EST
