JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for someone skilled in AI automation, content creation, and video editing who can help me build and scale my personal brand.

What I’m doing is documenting my real-life transition from the NFL to entrepreneurship. This isn’t fake or scripted. It’s the grind, the wins, the losses, and the process of building something real.

I need someone who doesn’t just edit videos—I need someone who understands storytelling. Someone who can take raw footage and turn it into content that actually connects, holds attention, and makes people feel something.

The style I’m going for is gritty, authentic, and disciplined—similar to the energy of Nipsey Hussle.

On top of that, I’m looking for someone who can help build a content system, not just one-off edits. That includes using AI tools to clip content, create captions, improve hooks, and speed up the entire workflow.

I want someone who can:
• Edit high-level short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Turn footage into clear, compelling stories
• Help build a repeatable content machine
• Use AI to make the process faster and smarter
• Take initiative and think, not just follow instructions

This is not for someone who just does basic edits or needs constant direction.
