About Me

I manage multiple properties across different countries and travel frequently with young children. Alongside this, I am building a lifestyle brand on TikTok and Instagram.

I have a lot of raw content and a strong lifestyle to document. I’m looking for someone who can help turn this into engaging content while also supporting with day-to-day organisation and operations.

This is a hybrid role (approximately 50/50) combining:
• Content creation (TikTok & Instagram)
• Personal assistant, lifestyle, and property support

This can grow into a full-time role for the right person.

You must be comfortable switching between creative work and structured organisation.

???? While the workload is balanced, strong content creation skills are essential.

???? Content Creation (Key Skill Required)

You must be confident in:
• Editing TikTok and Instagram videos from raw clips
• Understanding what performs well (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
• Following trends and applying them in a natural, lifestyle-focused way
• Creating and maintaining a content calendar (weekly/monthly themes)
• Researching similar accounts and analysing what works
• Posting consistently and engaging with other accounts
• Helping refine and improve the content direction over time

• Book flights, hotels, and transfers
• Set flight alerts and track pricing
• Research family-friendly activities in different locations
• Book restaurants in different locations
• Organise children’s schedules and appointments
• Book medical, beauty, and general appointments
• Call health insurance to arrange pre-authorisations and follow up
• Manage a shared family calendar
• Provide a daily summary of tasks requiring approval or payment

• Manage Airbnb inbox and guest communication
• Monitor bookings and follow up with guests
• Help optimise pricing and send offers
• Assist in setting up listings on ---------- and VRBO
• Sync and manage calendars across platforms
• Coordinate cleaners, laundry, and property services
• Book guest transfers when needed

• Track expenses across properties
• Review bank statements and break down costs monthly
• Monitor rent payments
• Set reminders for bills and deadlines
• Prepare summaries for accountants
• Create spreadsheets (flights, bookings, costs, luggage, etc.)

• Strong English required (Spanish a bonus — translator tools are fine)
• Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp and email
• Comfortable in group chats and coordinating with multiple people
• Proactive with follow-ups and updates

• Experience as a VA or assistant is a bonus
