We are looking for a VA with experience supporting service-based businesses, events companies, educational brands, coaching brands, or community-focused organizations.
Who We Are
The Elevated Youth Experience LLC is a premium youth brand based in the United States. We create high-end events, leadership development programs, creative workshops, and curated experiences for children ages 6–11 and middle school youth.
We are not a daycare. We are not a party planning company. We are a movement-driven brand that blends leadership development, emotional intelligence, and premium celebration into one experience. Think of us as the intersection of a high-end event brand and a youth empowerment organization.
Our brand is bold, colorful, premium, and deeply intentional. Everything we do is curated. Everything we communicate has to reflect that standard.
What You Will Do
Manage and schedule Instagram and
Write captions in our brand voice — premium, bold, warm, and emotionally intelligent. No generic content. No product language. No shop links.
Respond to DMs and comments professionally and in brand voice within 24 hours
Research and engage with target audiences — parents, schools, community organizations, and family-focused brands
Maintain and update our Squarespace website with events, program info, and photos
Build and manage our parent
Research venues, vendors, and local businesses for events and sponsorship opportunities
Organize all brand files, photos, and documents in Google Drive
Send a daily morning check-in and end-of-day summary — the founder works a full-time job and needs clean, efficient updates
What We Are Looking For
Experience supporting a service business, events brand, coaching brand, nonprofit, or educational organization — not a product store
Excellent written English with a natural ability to write warmly, boldly, and professionally
Strong Canva skills — you must be able to create premium-looking social media graphics with no training
Experience with Instagram and
Comfortable working independently for 8+ hours with minimal check-ins from the founder
Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive — you bring solutions, not just questions
Some experience with website updates (Squarespace preferred) and
Passionate about children, education, empowerment, or premium service brands
Available during some US Eastern Time hours for real-time communication
Hours & Compensation
This role starts at 10–15 hours per week at $5–6 USD per hour depending on experience and skill level. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with this brand long-term. As the brand grows, your hours and pay will grow with it. We reward loyalty, quality, and initiative.
