JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE
Kimura Worldwide is a digital advertising agency specializing in paid media (PPC) for e-commerce, home services, and coaching businesses. We run performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for a growing roster of clients, and we measure success by results, not activity.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a full-time Paid Media Analyst (also known as a PPC Specialist or Paid Social Specialist) to own campaign execution and reporting across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Your job is to keep accounts healthy, data clean, and clients informed.

We are a lean team handling campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting while balancing client communication and strategy work. We need you to own the execution layer so the senior team can stay focused on strategy.

You will report directly to Jeff, and escalate anything outside your scope as needed. We work async-first with a weekly Google Meet sync. Philippine business hours are fine, though we will align on a standing meeting time that works for both sides.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram) on a daily basis
- Pull performance reports and flag anomalies, pacing issues, or anything that needs attention
- Execute campaign optimizations: bid adjustments, budget pacing, audience updates, and ad creative rotations
- Support campaign builds according to established SOPs across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Maintain accurate campaign data, naming conventions, and account structure across all active client accounts
- Build and maintain client-facing reporting dashboards in Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)
- Communicate campaign status and performance updates clearly in writing, without needing to be prompted
- Log tasks and update project status in Asana
- Refine and document processes in Notion as needed
- Escalate anything outside your scope to the senior strategist promptly and with context

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
We care more about skill level than years on a resume, but we expect at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Required skills and tools:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Looker Studio / Google Data Studio (dashboard building and reporting)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Asana (project and task management)
- Notion (documentation and SOPs)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet)
- Slack (async communication)
- Strong written English communication

You're comfortable flagging performance issues before they're asked about, pushing back if something doesn't look right, and communicating directly with senior leadership. You know your way around campaign builds, bid management, and performance reporting without hand-holding. You default to over-communicating rather than going quiet.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Full-time, remote. This is a direct hire position, not an agency or contractor arrangement.
Philippine business hours. Competitive salary based on experience.

HOW WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
We will get you fully up to speed on our systems, clients, and processes so you can hit the ground running. We're not here to teach you paid media; your experience covers that. What we will do is give you the context you need to apply your skills in the right direction, plus access to training resources and honest feedback from a team that actually listens.
