JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at EasyEsuite, focused on email marketing, campaign management, and design.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both marketing strategy and execution—from building campaigns to designing high-converting emails.

???? Responsibilities
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo
Manage Social media and Linkedin
Build and optimize email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, promotions, etc.)
Design professional, visually appealing email templates and marketing materials
Segment customer lists and personalize campaigns for higher conversion
Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, revenue) and improve results
Collaborate with the team to align marketing with product updates and offers
???? Requirements
Proven experience with Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo
Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and automation
Experience in graphic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, etc.)
Ability to create clean, modern, and conversion-focused designs
Experience working with eCommerce or SaaS platforms (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
