JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair Sales Agent whose primary responsibility is to convert leads into enrolled clients.

This is a sales-only position. You will not be handling disputes, backend processing, or account servicing.

Your role is to speak with inbound leads, identify their needs, present our services, and close them into our program. This position requires urgency, confidence, and the ability to consistently convert prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact new leads immediately as they enter the pipeline
• Conduct consultation calls to assess the prospect’s credit situation
• Lead enrollment calls and guide clients into the program
• Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, and CRM communication
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Accurately document all interactions in GoHighLevel CRM
• Maintain consistent communication with management

Compensation
• Hourly pay based on experience
• Commission per enrollment
• Performance-based bonuses available

This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for the right candidate.
Minimum Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
• At least 1 year of credit repair experience
• At least 2 years of sales experience (phone sales preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
• Credit reports
• Collections, charge-offs, and late payments
• Credit-building strategies
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work U.S. business hours

Important
