We are a fast-growing China-based private-label peptide and wellness company looking for a full-time Remote Sales & Lead Generation Representative.

This role is for someone who is not only good at talking to leads, but also willing to actively find and develop new customers through different online channels. If you are smart, confident, fluent in English, and hungry for results, this could be a strong opportunity for you.

Top performers in this role can earn up to $30,000 per year or more through base salary, commission, and bonuses.

We especially welcome fresh graduates from top Philippine universities such as UP, Ateneo, De La Salle, and UST. Applicants with backgrounds in biology, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, nutrition, public health, or other life science fields are highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

Follow up and convert warm leads provided by the company
Actively develop new customers through email outreach
Find and engage prospects through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Telegram groups
Use Google research to identify potential customer communities and lead sources
Build your own TikTok presence to attract and generate leads
Chat with prospects, answer questions, and guide them toward purchase
Learn product details and explain them clearly and confidently
Track your lead pipeline, outreach activity, and weekly conversion results

Who We Are Looking For

Fresh graduates are welcome
Graduates from top Philippine universities are strongly preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with direct outreach and online prospecting
Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
Able to work during US business hours
Stable internet connection and personal computer required

Preferred Qualifications

Background in biology, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, nutrition, public health, or related fields
Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or online outreach
Experience using email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, or online communities for customer development
Strong interest in health, wellness, fitness, anti-aging, or weight management products

Compensation

Base salary: $500-$650/month
Commission: 3% on monthly sales up to $50,000
Commission: 4% on monthly sales above $50,000
Monthly performance bonuses available
