About Cynergists: Cynergists builds production-grade AI Agents that automate real business operations. The Role
We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack AI Developer who excels at building and deploying scalable, front-to-back web applications and autonomous AI agents.
In this role, you will be the architectural bridge between our user-facing interfaces and our backend AI operations. You will build lightning-fast frontends using React and Vite, manage robust databases with Supabase, and orchestrate complex, autonomous AI workflows using n8n. If you are a builder who thrives on shipping real-world AI infrastructure and taking total ownership of your stack, we want you on our team.
Must Haves & Key Responsibilities
Front-End Engineering: Proven experience building highly responsive, production-ready interfaces using React and Vite. You build clean, fast, and maintainable user experiences.
Backend & Database Ownership: Hands-on experience architecting and managing databases using Supabase. You understand schema design, authentication, and secure data handling.
Workflow Orchestration: Deep tactical knowledge of n8n. You will design, build, and deploy complex AI workflows that connect our internal tools, external APIs, and LLMs.
AI Agent Construction: You don't just use AI; you build it. You have demonstrable experience constructing, prompting, and deploying autonomous AI Agents to solve specific operational bottlenecks.
Rapid Prototyping: Experience using Lovable to accelerate front-end development and iterate quickly on user interfaces.
Shipping Mentality: You push code through GitHub with proper reviews. You ship working systems weekly, take ownership of outcomes, and are comfortable being accountable for what runs in production.
Requirements
Demonstrable proficiency in React, Vite, Supabase, and n8n.
Experience building and deploying functional AI Agents.
Comfort working in GitHub using branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
Ability to manage work with clear tickets, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Availability to work with consistent overlap during US business hours.
A Day in the Life
Turn loosely defined operational problems into working AI-driven workflows and sleek user interfaces.
Design and build AI agents that handle intake, processing, storage, notifications, and reporting.
Write clean, production-grade frontend code using React and Vite.
Manage backend data structures and user authentication flows via Supabase.
Map out and deploy complex automation sequences within n8n.
Push code through GitHub and deliver predictable, demoable outcomes.
