JOB OVERVIEW

Growing coaching business looking for a reliable, long-term VA to support our daily social media engagement and content research workflow. Plenty of room to grow into outreach and lead research responsibilities once trust is built.

What you'll do:

You'll spend 3-8 hours per day on a structured daily routine across our company social media accounts in the coaching and online business niche. This includes browsing curated feeds, watching videos from creators in our space, engaging with content that aligns with our brand values, and flagging interesting posts or creators we should be aware of.

The goal is to keep us connected to what's happening in our industry day-to-day so we don't miss relevant conversations and trends.

You'll follow a clear daily checklist and log your activity in a Google Sheet so we can review your work weekly.

Skills required:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable and consistent, able to follow a daily checklist without supervision
- Comfortable on Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and clear communicator

Technical requirements:
- Good laptop (Windows or Mac)
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Stable daily working schedule
