JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support a growing plant-based chef business.
This is a high-ownership, strategic role focused entirely on lead generation.
You will be responsible for managing the full lead flow from start to finish, while thinking critically, identifying opportunities, and taking initiative.

Responsibilities
Research and identify qualified, aligned leads
Initiate and manage conversations across platforms
Qualify leads and move them toward booking
Follow up consistently and intentionally
Manage and track all leads inside GoHighLevel CRM
Keep pipelines organized, updated, and moving
Identify gaps, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement

Requirements
Strong, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (non-negotiable)
Proven experience managing the full lead generation cycle
Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
Ability to take ownership without being managed step by step
Experience with outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing

Work Setup
Part-time or full time
Fixed hours with MST overlap
Daily check-ins and end-of-day updates required
Compensation
$8–$12/hour depending on experience
Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time based on performance
