JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly curious and detail-oriented person to help us develop professional online training programs.

Your role will be to research real-world topics (Canada / Quebec context), organize information clearly, and build structured training content based on specific guidelines.

This is NOT a simple writing job. We are looking for someone who can understand, synthesize, and structure information into practical training material.

Responsibilities:
Conduct research on specific topics (Canada / Quebec context)
Extract relevant and practical information
Structure content into clear training modules
Write in both French and English (clear and natural)
Follow detailed instructions and frameworks
Transform complex information into simple, actionable content
Requirements:
Excellent written French AND English (mandatory)
Strong research and analytical skills
Fast learner
Highly organized and structured
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Important:

You will NOT be responsible for design or visuals.

Your main role is to create the content structure and training material (the “skeleton”).
