JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a private acupuncture clinic focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. Our marketing approach is education-driven and designed to attract the right patients—not a high volume of low-quality leads.

We run a small number of focused campaigns and prioritize clarity, strategy, and long-term results over aggressive scaling.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads specialist who understands that success is not about generating the most leads, but the right leads.

This role is ideal for someone who prefers working thoughtfully with a smaller budget, refining strategy over time, and focusing on quality rather than volume.

You should be comfortable targeting a specific audience, avoiding low-intent leads, and contributing to overall messaging and strategy—not just managing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Ad Strategy & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Work within a limited budget and scale only when performance justifies it
Focus on lead quality and actual conversion outcomes, not vanity metrics

Targeting & Positioning
Build highly specific audiences when appropriate
Understand when to use broader targeting and guide the algorithm with strong inputs
Align messaging with a premium, health-conscious audience
Avoid attracting price-sensitive or low-intent leads

Creative Direction & Collaboration
Work closely with our social media manager to develop aligned strategies
Clearly communicate ad concepts, messaging, and angles
Guide and collaborate on creative development (images, videos, copy)
Ensure creatives support an education-first marketing approach

Performance Analysis
Evaluate campaigns based on lead quality and consultation bookings
Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and creative direction

Communication
Provide clear, concise updates
Be responsive and open to feedback
Collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers

AI-Era Expectations:
Understand how AI-driven ad systems (such as Meta Advantage+ and Google Performance Max) work
Focus on improving inputs (creative, messaging, audience signals) rather than relying only on manual controls
Be comfortable testing different messaging angles and learning from data
Adapt to platform changes without relying on outdated tactics

What We Do NOT Want:
Someone focused on generating cheap leads just to improve numbers
Someone who only executes tasks without strategic thinking
Someone who avoids involvement in creatives
Someone who relies on outdated tactics or ignores feedback

Requirements:
2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience working with small budgets
Strong understanding of audience targeting and lead quality
Ability to guide or contribute to ad creatives
Strong communication and collaboration skills

We care more about how you think and make decisions than the number of years you’ve worked.

Job Details:

Part-time (ongoing)
Monthly pay: $400–$600 USD (based on experience)
Approximately 15–20 hours per week (flexible based on workload)
Opportunity for a performance-based bonus and compensation increase over time

This role is designed for long-term collaboration. As results improve, there will be opportunities to grow compensation and responsibility.

How to Apply:
Please include:
A short introduction (5–6 sentences max)
1–2 examples of campaigns you managed (include budget, goal, and result)
Your answer to this question:
If your campaign is generating many cheap leads but low conversions, what would you do?
Briefly explain how AI has changed your approach to running ads
How you define a high-quality lead
