About the Role:
This company is a direct-to-consumer brand that runs high-volume creative testing on Meta, and they are looking to bring on a Direct Response Video Editor to help produce high-performing ad creatives from scripts and references.
You will be responsible for modeling ads based on the style shown here:
You will take scripts, hooks, and product footage, then build ads that closely match this structure, pacing, and editing style. In many cases you will need to source supporting B-roll, select visuals, and assemble the creative so the final output mirrors the example format while maintaining strong retention and clear messaging.
Responsibilities:
* Edit video ads using scripts and creative references
* Source and select supporting B-roll footage
* Replicate the pacing and structure of example creatives
* Add subtitles and visual emphasis where required
* Deliver hook variations and revisions quickly
Tools You Will Be Using:
* Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
* After Effects for motion graphics
* CapCut for rapid ad editing
