ABOUT THE ROLE
ClearHaven is a US-based fintech advisory firm. We help international and domestic fintech companies get fully compliant and operational in the United States. We work with founders and executives at payments companies, neobanks, remittance platforms, and crypto-to-fiat businesses.

We are building our outbound email team and looking for a sharp, disciplined email outreach specialist. This is not a copy-paste email blasting job. We send 100 highly researched, highly personalized emails per week to pre-qualified leads. Every email is written to a specific person about a specific problem we found in our research. The people who do well in this role take pride in quality over volume.

REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
You must have prior experience in cold email outreach or B2B sales outreach. Applications without relevant experience will not be reviewed. You must also have a neutral or near-perfect English accent as this role includes cold calling warm leads by phone.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Every Friday: research 100 qualified leads using our lead database and qualification checklist. Find one specific buying trigger per person before you import them.
-Every Monday: send 100 personalized emails using our proven templates. Research is already done so this takes 3 to 4 minutes per email.
-Tuesday through Thursday: send follow-up sequences to prior weeks leads. Call warm leads who opened emails but did not reply.
-Respond to every positive reply within 1 hour and work the conversation until the call is on the calendar.
-Log all activity and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
-Proven experience in cold email outreach or B2B sales. You must be able to show examples or describe past campaigns.
-Near-perfect spoken and written English. Your emails and calls represent our company to senior fintech executives in the US market.
-Highly disciplined and organized. You manage your own week. Friday research has to be done before end of day without being chased.
-Comfortable doing online research. You will be looking up companies in public databases and finding specific information about each lead.
-Able to work independently. This is a remote role with no micromanagement. You are trusted to hit your numbers.

COMPENSATION
$100 per month retainer plus 5% commission on every closed deal your leads generate. Our deals range from $4,000 to $50,000 in value. A setter generating 1 to 2 closed deals per month can realistically earn $2,000 or more in monthly commission. There is no cap. Your income grows directly with your output.

Apollo, Yesware, Mailscale, Lusha, Dialdilar, GoHighLevel. Full training provided on all tools.
