JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Experienced Only)
Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability (U.S. time) is required.
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a true acquisitions professional—someone who knows how to speak with motivated sellers, build trust quickly, and move conversations to signed contracts. This is not a training role. You must already have real experience working U.S. leads and closing deals.
You’ll be speaking directly with sellers, qualifying opportunities, making offers, and working inside our system to move deals forward. Strong communication, consistency, and follow-up are everything here.

Novation experience is a plus.
Compensation includes base plus performance with strong upside tied to results.
