JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Talent Sourcing professional to help identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles.

You will be responsible for finding candidates using LinkedIn and other tools, building candidate lists, and supporting the recruiting pipeline. You will screen candidates, conduct virtual interviews and work with internal teams to onboard the candidates.

This is a high volume recruiting role responsible for staffing 25 or more restaurant's. .

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
• Use Boolean search to find targeted profiles
• Build lists of qualified candidates
• Find contact information (email, etc.)
• Maintain candidate tracker (Google Sheets or CRM)

Requirements:
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing
• Familiarity with Boolean search (AND, OR, NOT)
• Strong written English
• High attention to detail

Nice to have:
• Experience sourcing for Restaurant employees
