SolarBridge is a fast-growing B2B lead generation company helping solar installation companies across the United States get exclusive, qualified homeowner leads. We're looking for a hungry, confident cold caller who can CLOSE DEALS on the phone — not just book appointments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to solar installation company owners, VPs of Sales, and decision-makers across the US
- Qualify prospects using our proven script (Are they buying leads? What's their volume? Who's the decision-maker?)
- PITCH and CLOSE them on the phone (we provide the script, you execute)
- Book qualified prospects for a 5-minute "contract review call" with our founder (for hot leads you've already closed)
- Track all calls and outcomes in our CRM (simple Google Sheets — we'll train you)
- Provide daily activity reports: calls made, conversations had, deals closed
This is NOT just an appointment-setting role. You will be expected to handle objections, pitch the value, and ask for the sale on every call.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED:
? Excellent English (US accent strongly preferred) — you'll be calling American business owners, so clear, confident, professional communication is ESSENTIAL
? B2B phone sales experience (cold calling, inside sales, or closing experience required — we need a closer, not a beginner)
? Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and hearing "no" without getting discouraged
? Self-motivated and results-driven — you'll work independently with daily check-ins
? Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps), quiet workspace, quality headset/microphone
? Available 20 hours/week (4 hours/day, Monday-Friday) during US business hours (9am-5pm EST)
PREFERRED (but not required):
? Experience selling to contractors, home services businesses, or B2B SaaS
? Familiarity with CRM tools (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
? Track record of hitting sales quotas in previous roles

COMPENSATION (PERFORMANCE-BASED)
TRIAL PERIOD (First 14 Days):
- $200 USD paid at end of trial (ONLY if you close 8+ demos/deals)
- $25 USD bonus per additional deal closed beyond 8
- Example: Close 10 deals in trial = $200 base + $50 bonus = $250 total
- If you close fewer than 8 deals, trial ends with no payment (this is a results-only role)
ONGOING EMPLOYMENT (After Passing Trial):
- $350 USD/month base salary
- $25 USD per deal closed (no cap — top performers earn $600-$800/month)
- Minimum 15 deals/month required to maintain employment
- Part-time: 20 hours/week to start
- Potential to move to full-time (40 hrs/week) for top performers
EXAMPLE MONTHLY EARNINGS:
- Close 15 deals/month (minimum) = $350 base + $375 bonuses = $725/month
- Close 20 deals/month = $350 base + $500 bonuses = $850/month
- Close 25 deals/month = $350 base + $625 bonuses = $975/month
- Top performers (30+ deals/month) earn $1,100+/month
Payment via PayPal or Wise or Stripe at the end of each month.

TRIAL PERIOD REQUIREMENTS
Your first 14 days are a PERFORMANCE TRIAL. To pass and receive payment:
? Book 8+ qualified deals (installer agrees to move forward, books contract review call)
? Maintain 100 dials/day minimum (we track this)
? Professional communication, positive attitude, coachable mindset
If you hit these benchmarks, you'll transition to ongoing employment with potential for full-time hours.
?? IMPORTANT: This is a commission-based, results-only role. If you do not close at least 8 deals during the 14-day trial, the trial will end and no payment will be made. Only apply if you're confident in your closing ability.
