GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Wheeler Home Concepts is a premium real estate photography and marketing company serving Delaware and the surrounding areas (Eastern Standard Time, United States). We specialize in high-quality photography, video, digital media, and design services for realtors and businesses. Our reputation is built on excellence, creativity, and top-tier service.
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our growing team with photo editing quality control, virtual staging, reels editing, social media design, and design-related projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in creative software tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Photography & Media Support
• Quality Control (QC) for Photo Editing: Review edited photos to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards. Make additional edits to photos, as needed.
• Virtual Staging: Assist in staging vacant rooms digitally using Photoshop or similar tools.
• Photobooth Templates: Design and update photobooth overlays and templates, as needed.
• Reels Editing: Create short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using Premier Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Flyers & Social Post Design: Design promotional materials and social media graphics.
• Assist with Writing and Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Document processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Organization: Maintain organized records and files of images, projects, and updates in our system.
Design & Creative Assistance
• 3D Modeling/Renders for Design Projects: Use Planner 5D (or similar software) to create visual models for design projects, as needed.
• Assistance with Design Presentations: Help with presentations for clients and internal design projects.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with:
o Adobe Lightroom (Photo Editing & QC)
o Adobe Photoshop (Virtual Staging, Graphic Design)
o Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (Reels/Video Editing)
o Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics software
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Must have a reliable computer capable of running the required applications.
• Must have fast, reliable internet for remote collaboration.
• Good to excellent English skills (spoken & written) for communication, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Must be able to work 8am-5pm Tuesday-Friday, Eastern Standard Time (8 hrs with one hour break), and 8am-Noon Monday and Saturday EST (4 hours).
